How do I create an order?

Complete the order form on our website with as much detail as possible, and we will respond to you during our office hours (M-F 9:00am-3:00pm) using your preferred method of contact.


Will you visit my venue prior to the event?

If requested we are happy to visit your venue to measure, take photos and discuss décor options prior to your event. There will be a $40 fee per visit. To avoid this fee we are happy to accept photos and measurements from the client via email or text.

 

How long will my balloons last?

Air-filled balloons can last at least a week if kept indoors and out of direct sunlight. Helium mylar balloons will last up to two weeks, and helium latex will last up to 8 hours. Balloon-life is effected by outdoor elements such as extreme heat or cold.

If you’d like your indoor balloons to last longer we suggest selecting our Ultra HI-Float add on to extend the life of your latex balloons up to 25 times longer!

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery service to residences, businesses, schools, hospitals, banquet halls, restaurants, and hotels. Our balloons must be accepted by someone upon delivery, and will not be dropped off or left unattended.

There is no delivery minimum or fee within Essex, CT. Delivery to other towns is subject to a delivery fee.

 

What is the best way to dispose of my balloons?

For any rentals we will discuss a time to have our team come and disassemble the displays. Please do not attempt to take down on your own. For any non-rental display simply pop all of the balloons and dispose of properly. For foil balloons make sure to release air or helium, fold and reuse another time! Although foil balloons are not biodegradable they are recyclable. Please make sure to never release balloons.

We are located in Essex, CT but happily serve all of CT.


How do you handle payment?

In order to officially be placed on our schedule, we ask that you please submit full payment via credit card upon receiving your invoice once all order details are finalized.

How do you hang decor?

Often our decor is a stand-alone item which does not require hanging support. However items such as arches, tall centerpieces, hoops, and columns require support items that are considered rentals. These rental pieces will be picked up at the end of your event. Garlands are usually hung using elastics when possible, but depending on the placement of the garland, Command Hooks are often needed. Celebrations on the Shore LLC is not responsible for any damage left behind on surfaces from the use of Command Hooks.
